At Studio Chique, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for every guest. By scheduling your service, you acknowledge and accept the following policies, which are designed to ensure a seamless and luxurious experience for all our guests.

Health & Wellness 

• To prioritize the well-being of all clients and staff, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of any infectious or bacterial illness, including colds, flu, or COVID-19. Please wait until you are symptom-free before visiting us.

Billing & Deposits ​

• A valid credit card is required on file to secure all appointments.

• Deposits are required for select services and are non-refundable for appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance.

• Services booked within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to non-refundable deposits.

• Studio Chique reserves the right to request full payment in advance for services.

• Deposits, cancellation fees, service charges, and retail purchases are final and non-refundable.

Cancellations & Late Arrivals

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a non-refundable fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

• For hair extension installations, late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged 75% of the remaining service balance.

• No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

• Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule. In such cases, 50% of the missed appointment fee is required.

• For spa guests arriving late, the missed time will be deducted from the total appointment duration.

Children & Guests Under 18

• Guests under 18 receiving spa services must have a signed consent form from a parent or guardian.

• To maintain a serene environment, children are not permitted in the salon or spa unless receiving a service.

General Policies

• Studio Chique reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if deemed necessary. Rude or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

• To preserve a pleasant ambiance, we ask guests to refrain from bringing products with strong odors, including CBD-related items.

• No loitering, solicitation, additional guests, or pets are permitted on the premises.

• Studio Chique is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

• Parking is at the guest's discretion. Studio Chique is not responsible for ticketing, towing, or related issues.

• All prices are subject to change without notice and may vary based on hair length, density, or service adjustments.
