A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.

Select services require a non-refundable deposit, forfeited for cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance. Deposits for services cancelled within the required time frame will be returned minus a 10% processing fee.

Appointments booked within 48 hours of the service date with more than 60 minutes allotted are also subject to a non-refundable deposit.

Studio Chique may require full prepayment for certain services at its discretion. No refunds. Deposits, cancellation fees, service charges, and product purchases are final and non-refundable.

Valid photo ID may be requested at checkout and must match the credit or debit card used.

Pricing is subject to change and may vary based on hair length, density, service duration, or customizations. Online rates reflect base pricing only.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a 100% service fee.

No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Depending on our schedule, we may not be able to accommodate guests arriving more than 15 minutes late. Our maximum grace period of 15 minutes may only be extended our discretion largely due to our schedule impacting other guests.

If a guest is greater than 15 minutes late and must be rescheduled as a result of a late arrival, 50% of the missed service fee will be charged.

Spa clients arriving late will receive the remaining time available within their scheduled window. If we cannot accommodate, the appointment will be cancelled with a late cancel fee of 100%.

Children are not permitted unless they are receiving a service.

Guests under 18 receiving spa services must provide a signed parental consent form.

Please refrain from eating meals during your appointment.

Small bites and beverages are available from Café Chique at your desire.

Studio Chique reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time for any reason.

Disrespectful or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

Do not bring products with strong odors, CBD items, or cannabis residue into the space.

No loitering, solicitation, additional guests, or pets are allowed.

Studio Chique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.

Parking is at the guest’s discretion; we are not liable for tickets, towing, or related issues.

Studio Chique is not responsible for the outcome, quality, or longevity of installs using hair not supplied by us.

Poor quality extensions may not endure the install and will affect service quality.

If issues occur from using hair from other vendors, Studio Chique may decline use of non-Studio Chique hair for that guest in the future.

Reschedule if experiencing cold, flu, or bacterial symptoms.

Clients must be symptom-free before returning to the salon or spa.

Studio Chique is not responsible for personal items that are lost, stolen, or damaged.

Guests are encouraged to keep valuables secured.

We are not responsible for parking tickets, towing, or related issues. Please leave no visible valuables in your car.

Guests are expected to arrive with hair detangled and unmatted.

Hair does not need to be shampooed before a visit unless removing buildup from protective styles. (Dry cuts do not require shampooing.)

Extra fees apply if detangling or preparation delays service.

Please do not arrive smelling of marijuana, smoke, or overpowering fragrance. Entry may be denied to preserve the spa atmosphere.

While providers are trained professionals, Studio Chique is not liable for damage to hair, nails, skin, or personal property from requested services.

All services are provided at the client’s discretion and with their informed consent.
